DEGIRO Fees Review
- Low trading fees
- No withdrawal fees
- No inactivity fees
- Exchange Connectivity Fee
Trading Fees
If you trade through DEGIRO, you will only pay fees on investments you execute. These fees consist of a fixed charge and an additional cost per trade or per share, as per the table below:
Shares | Fee | Max. Charge |
---|---|---|
UK | £1.75 + 0.014% per trade | £5.00 |
US | €0.50 + USD 0.004 per share | No Max |
German | €4 + 0.05% per trade | €60 |
Both the frequency at which you trade and your account balance will help you determine your annual share dealing costs. E.g. if you have £10,000 of trade value in the UK, the final costs will depend on how many times you trade:
Deals | Cost |
---|---|
5 deals per year | £15.75 (£3.15 x 5) |
12 deals per year | £37.80 (£3.15 x 12) |
120 deals per year | £378.00 (£3.15 x 120) |
Non-trading Fees
Account Fee | Deposit Fee | Withdrawal Fee | Inactivity Fee |
---|---|---|---|

DEGIRO won’t charge you for trading in your home market, e.g. if you’re based in the UK, they won’t charge you for trading in the London Stock Exchange. However there is a fee, called Exchange Connectivity Fee, if you trade outside your home market. It’s priced at €2.50 per exchange and per calendar year, e.g. if a UK-based investor trades in the Stockholm Stock Exchange, they’ll pay €2.50 and then another €2.50 for trading in the Italian Stock Exchange and so on. back to menu ↑
